You can check the problem or usage of the product by self-diagnosis

If the setting value of the function to soften lines is low, please set it high.
Check if the graphics card driver and USB driver are correctly installed.

Put your finger on the center of the touch screen for 3 seconds, then check if the function is working.
Check if the touchscreen setup menu opens and the hardware chip version and software are same.
If it is different, please install the software again.
Check if the last version was completely deleted and if neccesary, delete the folder in which the last version files were downloaded and connect the usb cable before reinstalling the software.
How to check if IFPD is connected to your PC.
Start -> Computer -> system attribute -> Device Manager -> usb device
Check if your software is stopped by an antivirus program.
Check if the window version supports multi-touch function.
If the window version does not support multi-touch, use mouse mode.

Monitor

When the color of the screen changes after you replace the video card
A. Check if your PC Window OS color option is correct and your video card is set up properly.
B. If you are using Windows Me, 2000 and XP, select the correct color in “Control Panel”, “Display”, “Settings”.
Please refer to the graphics card manual.
A. Make sure the power button on the monitor and computer is turned on.
B. Make sure the signal cable is securely connected to the video card.
C. Verify that the computer is in the power-saving state. “NO SIGNAL”, “OUT OF RANGE” appear on the screen.
D. Press any key on the keyboard or move the mouse to activate the screen. In case of “OUT OF RANGE”, enter VGA mode and use VGA mode.
A. Check if the USB cable is properly connected to the USB port on your computer.
B. Check the charging status of the pen.
C. Reinstall the driver.
Adjust with ODS color adjustment menu.
Adjust the contrast and brightness.
Check that the signal cable of the monitor is properly connected to the video card.
Check if the power button on the monitor is turned on.
Check if the power cord of the monitor is properly connected.
A. Check if the power button on the monitor and computer is turned on.
B. Check if the cable is properaly connected to the video card.
C. Check if the D-sub cable pin is not bent.
D. Check if the computer is in a power saving state.
Perform automatic adjustment and adjust the phase until no noise is generated.
(Check if the frequency adjustment is 50%.)
